Who we are

The Modern Care Agency (TMCA) is a home-care business in England. Operated by CQC Readiness Ltd, company number 17270258, registered in England and Wales, registered office 13 The Rise, Sevenoaks, TN13 1RG, until the new company is registered. CQC Readiness Ltd decides how your details are used, which makes it the controller under UK data protection law.

What the form collects

When you send the form we collect:

• which option describes you: registered manager, care coordinator, carer, or family member or other
• your name
• your email address
• your phone number, if you give it
• the town or postcode area where you are based
• anything else you choose to tell us

We also record the date and time you sent it. Please leave out medical details; we will ask for what we need when we talk.

Why we use them

We use your details to reply to you: about working with us if you are a registered manager, care coordinator or carer, or about the care you are looking for.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: answering recruitment and care enquiries that people send us. We do not use your details for marketing and we never sell them.

Who can see them

Our team, and the companies that host this website, store our records and send our email, who act only on our instructions.

How long we keep them

We keep enquiries for 12 months from the date you send them, then delete them. If you go on to work with us or arrange care with us, we will tell you how we look after the details we need for that.

Asking us to delete them

Email sam@tmca.uk and ask us to delete your details. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct it. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This site does not set cookies or use advertising trackers. We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not identify you.
